Rates

Our rates per night and including breakfast are £80.00 for 2 people sharing or £50.00 for single occupancy.

No children under 12yrs* and no animals (except guide dogs)

* Children of 12 years plus are welcome but due to room sizes will need to occupy a separate room and will be charged at the single occupancy rate.

Deposit

To confirm a booking we require a deposit of £10 per person per night, with the balance on departure in either cheque or cash form. Cheques should be made payable to 'WinBal Ltd'.

We reserve the right to retain the full deposit in the event of cancellation within four days of the arrival date, unless we are able to re-let the room/s.

Access Statement

This establishment is considered suitable for people with walking difficulties or slight visual impairment.

There are 3 steps down (no hand rail) from the gravel drive to the front door approach, then one step up into the house, from this outer hallway there are 13 stairs (with banister) up to the guest rooms on the first floor. From the inner entrance hall there is one step down to the corridor leading to the dining room.

Both en-suites have over bath showers with no handrails.

The property should therefore be considered as being impractical for use by those who are wheelchair bound or visually impaired.
